I had try many method trying to slim down but failed. One of my most determine period to loose weight by exercise, I decide commute to work on bicycle and clocking 50km a day and yet the result is just a mere 5-8kg reduction in weight. However, during the 2020 Lockdown, I accidentally stumbled on a method that fixed my hormones and dropped me to 80kg. With this weight I resolve my snoring problem and fatty liver is completely back to normal!

To slim down is simple, just control on what you eat and when you eat! The main thing you need to do is to trigger your body to draw it fuel from your fat by removing the carbohydrate in what you eat.
But…. Hey! I am a asian! I eat rice! So how can I skip Carbohydrate?
I know the struggle. In Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, “Have you eaten?” basically means “Have you had rice?” Hence what I am sharing here is not only the method on what to do but on “HOW” to do it as many slimming website had neglected.
